Noel was born and raised in Seguin, Texas. At 18, he moved to sunny San Diego, California, with dreams of working for Pixar—but God had other plans. Midway through his schooling, Noel heard God’s call to ministry.
Since 2008, he has served at various churches, using his creative gifts in design, multimedia, and music. Noel, his wife, and their daughter are now excited to put down roots and build a life in Round Rock.
